Yesterday, I smoked my driver's license test 97/100. I was the first in line(as shown in the picture) and the first to finish. I did, however, take almost two weeks to take it. Next is finding a second car as J's rental is due to be returned very soon.
Today, I found a bunch of free wifi on the nearest base by our house. It will be a good substitute until we get Internet at our house.
I also got Etsy set up with a military vet. The military library attached to the us air force offers ebook reservations, so I think J may be interested in that.
We are gradually testing the local bakeries out. Very good food and not ultra sweet like in America. Below are some pictures of what we sampled...a streusel, a Bismarck, and the equivalent of a custard doughnut.

First - YUMM!! What a fun thing to be able to explore local bakeries! It's good to hear a bit of what's going on, especially that you are good-to-go with driving. That will be such a big help! Can't wait to see photos of the house once you get your things organized!! Sending hugs!!
